We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Management Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating projects focused on developing, optimizing, and managing sales and marketing funnels. This role requires a deep understanding of project management principles, and funnel strategies, and a strong ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities:
* Develop comprehensive project plans for email marketing funnel development and optimization
* Coordinate and manage funnel-related project activities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives
* Oversee and manage the end-to-end process of funnel creation, implementation, and performance tracking
* Collaborate with marketing teams, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with overall business objectives and effective funnel strategies
* Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery
* Facilitate communication and collaboration among project stakeholders, including teaUpgrade to see actual infombers, clients, and vendors
* Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement lessons learned for future projects
* Provide guidance and support to project teaUpgrade to see actual infombers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
* Analyze funnel performance data to inform project decisions and optimize funnel effectiveness
* Manage and maintain WordPress websites, ensuring seamless integration with sales funnels and proper domain configuration
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to WordPress, domains, and hosting environments.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in funnel development, WordPress management, and domain configuration.


Qualifications:
* Minimum of 1 year of experience working on project management and funnel projects
* Strong understanding of funnel strategies, methodologies, and tools (e.g., ClickFunnels, HubSpot, Salesforce)
* Knowledge of project management software
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on funnel metrics and KPIs
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Experience with domain management
* Knowledge of WordPress, including theme and plugin management, as well as basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and PHP
