1 Junior and 1 Mid-level Full Stack Developer for Enterprise customer needs & bugs

Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic Full Stack Developer whose dream is to build a career in development and who thrives on learning and problem-solving. This role is perfect for someone who is eager to take on challenges and grow their skills by directly addressing customer-driven bugs and feature requests. In your first year, you will be the go-to engineer responsible for ensuring our product meets and exceeds the expectations of our users.

Additionally, you will have access to the entire client's codebase to fix global bugs and bugs within the client's app. You will also handle enterprise customer customization requests that need to be implemented in the client's app.

We are looking to hire 1 Junior and 1 Mid-level Full Stack Developer.

Note: This role is starting as remote but could turn into an in-office position in the future.

Key Responsibilities

Bug Fixing: Identify, diagnose, and resolve software bugs reported by customers, ensuring high-quality solutions.
Feature Implementation: Develop and implement new features based on specific requests and feedback from our support team and users.
Global Codebase Access: Access the entire client's codebase to fix global bugs and issues within the client's app.
Customization Requests: Implement enterprise customer customization requests directly into the client's app.
Collaboration with Support Team: Work closely with the customer support team to understand user issues and requirements.
Code Optimization: Continuously update and optimize the codebase for better performance and maintainability.
Testing and Deployment: Implement comprehensive testing of new features and fixes before deployment to ensure functionality and stability.
Documentation: Maintain clear and thorough documentation of the development process and code changes.
Learning and Development: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, actively seeking knowledge and improving skills.

Requirements

Demonstrable passion for programming and a driven attitude towards learning and professional growth.
Knowledge of full-stack development, including but not limited to HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and a server-side language like Python, Ruby, or Node.js.
Understanding of database management and basic architecture principles.
Familiarity with version control tools like Git.
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
No prior professional experience required, but must have a portfolio or projects that demonstrate skills and passion for coding.
