JOB OVERVIEW

Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Territory Business Development Manager to join our growing team. Manage a territory of 600+ leads. (LEADS ARE ALREADY SOURCED!!!) The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities to drive company growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a proven track record in business development.

Key Responsibilities:.

Lead Generation:

Identify and qualify potential leads via outbound cold calls, email campaigns and strategic follow up.
Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize lead generation campaigns and initiatives.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Establish relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in target industries.
Proposal Development:

Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative solutions and value propositions.
Sales and Negotiation:

Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing deals.
Negotiate terms and conditions with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
Forecasting and Reporting:

Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reports on business development activities.
Utilize CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
Team Collaboration:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer service, to ensure a cohesive approach to business development.

Qualifications:
Prior Sales Experience Preferred
Inside Sales Experience
Willingness to learn and be coached

Daily Responsibilities:
Make at minimum 70+ outbound calls per day
Prospective client follow up on a daily and weekly basis
Maintain accurate client records within database
Collaborate with executive leadership throughout the new client onboarding process
