The Role:

The Data Analyst Virtual Assistant (Remote position) will be a key member of our team, contributing to the success of our growing digital marketing agency. This role provides administrative, operational and data formatting support to drive the growth of Black Compass Digital’s business and its clients. You will partner with stakeholders to deliver quality, transparent, and meaningful reporting and analyses that support key business decisions. This is a full-time position, requiring 40 hours per week, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST (Eastern Standard Time).

Key Responsibilities:

-Perform Excel-based reporting and analysis
-Input and organize large sets of data accurately and efficiently in Excel.
-Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
-Create and maintain weekly and monthly reports using Excel to track KPIs and client performance metrics.
-Ensure data integrity by identifying and correcting errors and inconsistencies in data sets.
-Utilize advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros, and complex formulas to streamline processes and improve data analysis.
-Develop and maintain interactive dashboards in Excel and Power BI to visually represent key metrics and performance indicators.
-Produce weekly and monthly reports to provide trends and insights for our clients
-Media buying / Amazon PPC
-Handle administrative tasks
-Power BI is an asset
-Perform ad hoc tasks as necessary

Required Experience:

-Proficiency in Excel is mandatory
-Experience in Amazon PPC is mandatory
