JOB OVERVIEW

Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting orientations.

- Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance evaluations.

- Coordinate employee benefits administration, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management.

- Support employee relations by addressing questions and concerns, resolving conflicts, and providing guidance on company policies and procedures.

- Assist in training and development initiatives, including organizing training sessions, tracking employee participation, and evaluating training effectiveness.

- Support performance management processes, including assisting with goal setting, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.

- Help ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations by maintaining knowledge of employment laws and updating company policies accordingly.

- Assist in HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement programs, diversity and inclusion efforts, and wellness initiatives.
