Multiple positions Available:
1. Vendor Communicator
2. Dispatchers

DESCRIPTION:
1. Send rate request to vendors and input data to system once received
2. Make sure data entered are accurate
3. Communicate with vendors to answer questions if needed
4. Carry out clerical duties, including answering phones and preparing documents
5. Request documents from vendors and input to internal system
6. Tracking shipment status and update in system
7. Monitoring the container's movements, communicate with truckers and warehouse and make sure the deliveries of the containers.


QUALIFICATIONS:
1. No experience required!
2. Good in communications.
3. Have good comprehensive skill
4. Must be adaptable and meticulous
5. Must be able to work on night shift (US time)
6. Must have working computer and high-speed internet
7. Able to work 40 hours each week
8. Must have power backup in case of power outage
9. Must have a well-used microphone
