We are a well-respected growing Australian online retailer of men's fashion and accessories. We are seeking an experienced, tech-savvy, friendly and confident customer experience manager to join our team.

Non-negotiable requirements -
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are a must
• At least 12 months relevant background and experience
• Above average typing speed
• Intermediate to Advanced Excel
• Detail-oriented, organised, multi-tasking, and can deliver results on time
• Advantage: Design or Photoshop or Canva or Illustrator experience
• Advantage: Passion or knowledge in Fashion
• Advantage: Passion or knowledge of automatic watches (Rolex, TAG Huer etc)
This position requires a highly self-motivated individual to undertake an exceptional level of personable customer service, troubleshooting on product issues, guiding customers through product usage and features as well as website maintenance, basic artwork design, maintaining listings on external sales platforms and supporting the warehouse with shipping and stocking records. Strong attention to detail coupled with effective communication skills is imperative in this role. This position is a varied role for a single business and not suitable for someone who is looking for a large corporate environment.
Daily tasks -
- Providing excellent customer service, via
- Listing new products on our Shopify site
- Preparing orders for shipping
- Preparing monthly reporting
- Creating custom engraving designs and mock ups for customers
- Basic Image editing
- Managing online stock and supply purchases
- Providing instructions, trouble-shooting and customer support on product issues
- Managing external sales platforms
- Managing and liaising with external contractors such as photographers, web developers

Work hours: Eight-hour shift between 5am to 7pm (Philippines time) Monday to Friday.
