We are seeking a bright, enthusiastic Growth & Sales Assistant who is driven by growth and passionate about relationships, full of ideas, and has various business contacts to help us ensure growth of our client roster.

What You Will Do

Create a systematic, process-driven approach to prospective client outreach and relationship management
Cultivate connections through partner network focused on delivering new potential client introductions
Identify and source new client opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound emails
Research prospective businesses, identify key players and generate interest
Collaborate with senior management and other marketing teammates to align our internal goals with new and existing partner relationships
Deliver a great experience to our partners when working with our organization - you will represent our brand
Manage various internal lead software systems
Keep great ongoing relationships with prospective clients and offer new ways to grow the relationship
Design strategic proposal decks
Attend weekly meetings with senior-level executives and provide routine recruit updates.

Previous working experience in client acquisition
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Expertise in identifying opportunities, developing strategies and negotiating creative solutions
