E-commerce assistant

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Virtual Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various tasks related to building our e-commerce brand, from product research to website development and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

E-commerce Brand Development:

Assist in defining and refining the brand's identity, voice, and messaging.
Collaborate on branding materials, including logos, packaging, and promotional items.
Product Research:

Conduct market research to identify potential products for our brand.
Analyze competitors, customer reviews, and market trends to recommend products.
Coordinate with suppliers and manage product listings.
Shopify Website Development:

Set up and manage our Shopify store.
Ensure the website is user-friendly, mobile-responsive, and optimized for search engines.
Update product listings, descriptions, and images regularly.
Content Creation & Blogging:

Write engaging and SEO-friendly blog posts related to our products and industry.
Coordinate with guest bloggers and influencers for content collaboration.
Social Media Management:

Create, schedule, and post engaging content across various social media platforms.
Engage with followers, respond to comments, and manage direct messages.
Monitor analytics to optimize content strategy.
Digital Advertising:

Design and launch Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns.
Monitor ad performance, adjust budgets, and optimize for better results.
Stay updated with the latest trends in digital advertising.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, preferably Shopify.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, and social media advertising.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
