Seeking Rental Property Management Virtual Assistant

Seeking someone that has had deep experience with hosting or managing airbnbs or short term rentals.

If you have had experience with the following:

Managing incoming and outgoing guest check ins and check outs.

Scheduling cleanings with cleaning staff.

Sending long term leases and documents to potential renters

Getting Airbnb reviews removed.

Working with Airbnb Case Managers at a high level (Level 2 support or trust and safety).

A few notes:

We need someone:

Available for USA hours (10am EST to 6pm EST). If you have kids or a family this might not be a good fit (past experience has demonstrated this so please be advised).

With a strong command of verbal and written English. If you have a strong accent or have issues with grammar it won't be a good fit. Our guests have historically been picky with this sort of thing so we really need someone with strong English.

Smart and well organized. This goes without saying. We have 16 rentals and need someone that is really organized to keep things straight.
