Job Description:
We’re looking for a creative and strategic Content Manager to lead our client delivery team. In this role, you’ll develop and execute content strategies, manage video editing workflow, and daily posting schedules to help our clients grow their brand presence across platforms. You’ll work closely with our editing team, providing direction to ensure customer needs and preferences are reflected in their social media content.

Responsibilities:
Curate and schedule compelling content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
Provide clear direction and guidance to the editing team regarding customer expectations for social media content.
Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools to identify opportunities for growth.
Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our content remains fresh and relevant.
Collaborate with our creative team to produce high-quality visual and written content.

Requirements:
Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands or organizations.
Strong writing and storytelling skills with a knack for creating engaging content.
Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics).
Creative mindset and ability to adapt to changing trends.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to translate customer needs into actionable feedback for the editing team.

What We Offer:
$640.00 to $960.00 monthly pay (negotiable based on experience)
Paid Time Off: 7 days per year plus US major holidays
