**Job Title: Facebook Ads Specialist**
**Location:** Remote - 9am-5pm EST
**Pay:** $10 USD/hour
**Job Description:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Facebook Ads Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing Facebook ad campaigns for up to 35 clients. Your goal will be to drive successful ad campaigns that meet the clients' objectives and maximize their ROI.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement effective Facebook ad campaigns using approved template options tailored to each client's goals.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
- Optimize ad spend and performance to ensure maximum ROI for clients.
- Collaborate with Facebook team to understand client needs and provide regular performance reports.
- Log all tested creatives and copy to maintain a detailed record of campaign variations and results.
- Stay updated with Facebook advertising best practices, trends, and platform updates.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience with Facebook Ads Manager and other related tools.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Excellent English communication skills and ability to manage multiple client accounts.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines on EST zone.
