Job Description:

We are seeking a results-driven, seasoned SEO Manager to lead strategy and execution across multiple client accounts. This role requires deep SEO expertise, strong project management skills, and the ability to collaborate with content, web, and account teams to deliver measurable growth for diverse industries. In this role, you will work directly with our Project Managers, who have their finger on the pulse of each of our valued clients. You will be responsible for the clients' SEO success.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement SEO strategies for multiple client accounts across various verticals, specifically tailored to local markets.
- Conduct keyword research, technical audits, and competitor analysis to identify ranking opportunities.
- Oversee all on-page and off-page SEO activities, including link acquisition, schema, and site optimization.
- Optimize Google My Business (GMB) profiles and other local listings.
- Coordinate with content writers, designers, and developers to implement SEO recommendations.
- Monitor performance metrics using Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, and SEMrush, and prepare monthly client reports.
- Stay updated on algorithm changes and adapt client strategies accordingly.
-Present performance insights and growth recommendations during client meetings.
-Manage junior SEO specialists and support their professional development.

Required Qualifications

- 4+ years of agency experience managing SEO for multiple clients simultaneously.
- Proven ability to improve organic rankings, traffic, and conversions across industries.
- Strong understanding of technical SEO, content optimization, and local SEO.
- Proficiency with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics.
- Working knowledge of WordPress, Shopify, and basic HTML/CSS.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams under tight deadlines.
