Part-Time/Flexible Hours Appointment Setter – Immediate Start

Job Description:
We are seeking a part-time appointment setter to join our team immediately. Your primary role will be to call clients who have booked appointments with us to re-confirm their dates and times, maximizing our show-up rate. Additionally, you will call clients 30 minutes before their scheduled appointments to ensure they can still attend or offer to reschedule if necessary. Over time, we aim to improve this process further.
You will also reach out to old leads to set new appointments. Our business focuses on providing marketing services for car garages based in the UK. We face challenges with clients forgetting their appointments, leading to a low show-up rate.
Key Responsibilities:
* Re-confirm appointment dates and times with clients who have booked.
* Call clients 30 minutes before their appointments to confirm attendance or reschedule if needed.
* Contact old leads to set new appointments.
* Work flexibly, initially for 1 hour per day (minimum 7 hours per week including meetings & training), with potential for increased hours over time.
* Call clients promptly after an appointment is booked to confirm details.
* Spend at least half an hour daily on setting appointments with old leads.
Requirements:
* Excellent English speaking skills.
* Strong internet connection.
* Competency in using phone apps (experience with RingCentral is a plus, but training will be provided).
* Availability for training sessions via Zoom, with additional pay for these hours.
* Prior experience in appointment setting.
* Reliable and punctual.
Compensation:
* $2 per hour.
* $10 bonus for each appointment successfully converted to a sale.
