Customer Service Expert

We are seeking skilled customer service representative with experience in the legal field and collections (B2B). In this role, you will be handling inbound and outbound calls, arranging payment plans and settlements, performing administrative tasks such as recording and reviewing documents and email management. You will be working 40 hours per week during American business hours including weekends and get paid weekly.

Qualifications:
• Experience in a customer service role, specifically in collections.
• Experience in dealing with B2B clients.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Legal background is a must.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to handle difficult customers.
• Detail-oriented with organizational skills for handling administrative tasks.
