Position: Head of IB Partners and Business Development (Thai Speaking)

Main Responsibilities
Lead, inspire, and coach a team of BD Managers to achieve their individual and team goals.
Develop and implement strategies to acquire new partnerships and develop existing ones.
Set clear and measurable KPIs for the team and regularly monitor progress.
Analyze partner's data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
Cultivate strong relationships with partners to maximize their potential.
Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjustments.
Requirements
At least 5 years of experience as a Business Development Manager in Trading, Currency Derivates, or other related industries
Excellent command of the Thai language and fluency in English
Strong leadership and team management skills. Ability to lead, manage, and motivate a diverse team of Business Development professionals.
Great communication and writing skills, as well as attention to detail
Good customer service skills and confident phone conversation abilities.
Solid knowledge of MS Office, specifically Excel
A good understanding of financial markets and preferably foreign exchange markets
Strong negotiation and pitching skills, and great listening skills
Problem-solving with a positive, can-do approach
