Video Editor for YouTube Long Form

Hello,

My name is Troy, and I create funny and hilarious interview videos for my YouTube channel. I'm looking for a long-form video editor with a great sense of humor and a strong understanding of American culture and comedy. Familiarity with street interview content is a plus.

Requirements:
Proficient in Adobe Premiere
Experience with Google Drive
Knowledge of using proxy files in Adobe Premiere (to facilitate easier transfer of raw and project files)
Excellent command of the English language
Ability to provide a sample edit of similar content
Skilled in pacing videos to ensure they flow well and engage viewers
Understanding of fun video edits with ---------- s, without overdoing the edits
Must use WhatsApp for communication

Compensation:
Initial videos will be at a set pay rate
Potential for commission if videos perform well

Workload:
The number of videos needed per month is uncertain, but faster and more efficient edits will allow me to film more videos and send more work your way.

Video Details:
Most videos will be between 2 and 5 minutes, with some extending up to 8 minutes
Subtitles are not required initially, which will save editing time

Apply with your portfolio, including long-form edits. If you have short-form edits, feel free to include those as well, as I will eventually need a short-form editor. However, long-form YouTube content is the main focus right now.
