Book Formatting and Visual Design Specialist

We are a publishing house looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Book Formatting & Design Specialist to handle the visual production of our books and related marketing materials.

This role is essential for ensuring our titles are professionally formatted for both print and ebook distribution, and that our covers and promotional content stand out.

Responsibilities
• Format and design book interiors for print and ebook (margins, bleed, typographic standards).
• Design book covers ready for publication.
• Create promotional assets (banners, mockups, ads) for social media campaigns.
• Ensure all files meet publishing platform requirements (print-ready PDFs, ePub, etc.).

Requirements
• Strong command of English (written and spoken).
• Proven experience with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
• Ability to create and enhance visuals using AI tools (MidJourney, Ideogram, DALL·E).
• Solid understanding of print and digital book layout standards.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to deliver professional files consistently.
