JOB OVERVIEW

International Luxury Beauty Brand is seeking a highly intelligent and skilled Customer Service Agent to join our remote team. We are looking for someone who goes beyond providing standard answers and possesses the ability to deeply understand and resolve the root causes of customer issues.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer support inquiries via Email and SMS
Provide expert guidance to customers on product usage, order tracking, and shipping problem resolution
Proactively identify and address potential issues to enhance customer satisfaction
Contribute ideas to continuously improve our customer service processes

Requirements:
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly
Excellent time management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Full-time availability (8 hours) Monday to Friday, approximately morning to late afternoon
Perfect Fluency in English (indicate your level in your application)

Compensation:
Base salary of $4/hour
Performance-based bonus: Earn a percentage of sales generated through your exceptional customer service
Growth opportunity: Demonstrate your leadership skills and potentially become the Manager of the Customer Service department, with a salary increase to $6-8 per hour
