Social Media Marketer

At Aerre ---------- , we use micro-influencers and creators as a core part of our marketing strategy. Every week we reach out to hundreds of small creators, asking them to make content for our brand in exchange for free perfume.

We need somebody to manage all our influencer / creator marketing. This includes cold outreach on IG and Tiktok, maintaining regular conversations with creators, tracking in our CRM, and giving feedback to make sure the correct type of content is created and posted. As we grow, we will need you to take on more marketing tasks and, if you are capable, to lead a team.

This is a full time position. The right person will enjoy chatting to new people, have great conversation English, and be able to pick up and use Australian slang.
