Responsibilities:
• Post and manage vehicle listings on
• Interact with potential customers, responding promptly to messages via
• Qualify leads and book in-person or video call appointments with our sales team.
• Use GoHighLevel to maintain follow up, communication and persuade customers to set appointments.
• Work to consistently optimize the GoHighLevel CRM schedules, templates, automations etc.. to drive performance.
• Seek out and join relevant buy/sell groups, maintaining good standing and driving engagement.
• Consistently drive new ads and ensure vehicle listings are updated and appealing.
• Use ChatGPT or similar tools to create compelling listings.
• Follow our process to enter leads into our CRM using ADF/XML templates.
• Collaborate with the project manager to refine systems and processes.
Experience and Skills:
• Essential Skills: Hustle, dynamic personality, strong customer interfacing, consistency in producing results.
• Preferred Skills: Knowledge of automotive sales processes, experience with social media management, familiarity with CRM systems.
Qualifications:
• People-oriented, driven, and proactive in finding new buy/sell groups and innovative ways to get our products in front of buyers.
• Expertise and a real understanding of how to set up, use, and drive leads and sales through GoHighLevel.
Tools and Software:
• Primary tools include GoHighLevel,
• Familiarity with CRM systems is beneficial, particularly for integrating leads using ADF/XML templates.
• Previous GoHighLevel expertise, especially around optimizing pipelines is an asset
Lead Management and Communication:
• Lead Qualification:
• Develop criteria for qualifying leads collaboratively.
• Process Management: Place ads, respond quickly to inquiries, ask for the sale, and engage customers effectively using best practices in automotive sales.
• Social Media Engagement:
• Join and actively participate in buy/sell groups.
• Post vehicles for sale, respond to messages, engage with potential buyers, and set appointments.
• Performance Metrics:
• Success will be measured by the number of appointments set and the number of qualified leads generated.
Work Environment:
• This is a 100% remote position.
• Part-time work schedule with flexibility in hours.
Team Dynamics:
• Primarily a self-starting role, but supported by our project manager.
• Daily interaction with the team for support and guidance.
