Job Summary:
As a Klaviyo Customer Segmentation & Workflow Expert, you will play a crucial role in optimising our
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement customer segmentation & workflows in Klaviyo to enhance
Provide meticulous attention to managing these specific types of
Analyse customer data to identify key segments and create targeted
Design and optimise
Monitor and report on the performance of
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure cohesive and integrated
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to Klaviyo list & segments, workflows, and integrations.
Requirements:
Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Marketing, Business or equivalent.
Proven work experience as Klaviyo Customer Segmentation & Workflow Expert or related role.
Proven experience in
Minimum 3 years of experience in
Expertise in using Klaviyo for
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret customer data to make informed decisions.
Strong English communication and collaboration skills.
Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
