Virtual Assistant - Real Estate Content Manager

Attention Media is a marketing company that specializes in video marketing but we also do some graphic design. We leverage AI technology to create personalized digital avatars, enabling real estate professionals to connect with their audience in a unique and impactful way.

We are looking for the right person to join our team. We want someone to grow our business with. Someone who is honest and dependable. We are looking for someone who wants to work with 1 organization and not freelance. We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Virtual Assistant to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to create content outlines based on a weekly email provided by our team. The ideal candidate will have a knack for organizing information and a passion for creating engaging content. Design skills are a plus.


Responsibilities:
Review and understand the content provided weekly emails.
Create detailed content outlines for various media formats (videos, social media posts, etc.).
Ensure that the content outlines align with our company’s/client’s tone, style, and objectives.
Collaborate with the team to refine and adjust content outlines as needed.
Conduct basic research to supplement the content if necessary.
Maintain a consistent and organized workflow to meet deadlines.
Manage workload and content input forms from clients
Communication call project status
Creation of flyers and other digital assets
Trim footage segments and create polished content

Requirements and skills:
Excellent written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Experience in content creation or related fields is a plus.
Familiarity with the real estate industry is a plus but not required.
Creative mind and storytelling skills

We are looking for a full-time worker(30 - 40 hours a week) on US Time to start
