We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Development Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, good sales outreach experience, and experience with Google Workspace. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for Cold outreach, identifying and qualifying leads, nurturing prospects, and scheduling meetings for our sales team. Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and qualify leads through
Conduct research to identify potential prospects and gather relevant information.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads using CRM software.
Develop and implement strategies to engage prospects and move them through the sales funnel.
Collaborate with the sales team to schedule meetings and demos with qualified prospects.
Track and report on key metrics and performance indicators.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Strong sales outreach experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
Strong ENGLISH communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience running webinars with Google is a plus.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot or similar) is preferred.
Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to succeed.
