Building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients is a key aspect of this role. You will proactively reach out to clients, initiating conversations to understand their challenges and providing the support they need. You will have the opportunity to conduct product demonstrations and training sessions, ensuring our clients are well-versed and confident in using our products/services. You will regularly review and update our FAQ section to reflect the evolving needs of our clients.
