Need a website researcher. I will give you a list of domains to analyze & you will have to look at the links, as well as the history in way back machine in order to seek spam. tools to be used include the way back machine, ahrefs, majesticSEO, etc.

Seek if the backlinks have been spammed at one point (spammy anchor text, etc), and looking at the way back machine, if at one point the website turned to spam throughout it's history.

Will have training. This is potentially a full-time job.
