JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a full time customer support rep who WILL NOT settle for average in anything they do.

Salary starts at $400 a month but has potential of up to $600 - $800 a month depending on your performance.

Your job will be:
- Respond to email, >facebook comments, and sms through Gorgias
- Keep track of the status of all orders and communicate with our supplier
- Come up with ideas to improve our product based on negative customer feedback
- Build automations and macros on Gorgias
- Write blog posts to educate customers on their problems and our product

Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Gorgias
- Fluent in English
- Proficiency with Excel / Google Sheets
