Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for overseeing administrative tasks and marketing tasks
Monitor marketing campaigns, event planning and client care oriented services
Serve as a point of contact for customers and client services
Conduct managed services and manage projects from start to finish
Responsible for running weekly check ins for real estate listings
Act as a Subject Matter Expert in account management and operations
Required Qualifications:
2-5 years of experience in account management and operations/executive assistant
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong customer service and client services experience
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects at once while maintaining weekly check ins for clients
Ability to understand marketing and event planning
Must have experience managing administrative tasks, marketing tasks and tea
Attention to detail
Bonus Skills
Knowledge of the real estate industry, lending, and title work is a bonus
Social Media campaign knowledge is a bonus
