THE WORK

Search and Recruit for Entrepreneurs interested in the distribution of all kinds of insurance and investment products
Train and support new and existing Distributors on products and services
Implement strategies and initiatives to ensure accomplishment of Distributor and Personal sales targets
THE CANDIDATE

30-40 years old
Top performer in previous/current job
Banking, Pharma, Hotel, or Real Estate experience is an advantage
Vibrant, honest, disciplined, and have passion for helping people
