Speakeasy Bookkeeping is based in Florida, United States. We are looking for a permanent, full-time bookkeeper to join our team who can grow with us. We specialize in small business bookkeeping and we work with a wide variety of companies across many industries around the United States.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong knowledge of small business bookkeeping.
This position requires excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
In addition, a specialist-level knowledge of QuickBooks Online is required along with maintaining a QBO Advanced certification.
This person has a desire to learn and grow with the company.
Responsibilities:
*Responding to client
*Pursuing clients for sales summary reports, payroll reports, bank statements, other miscellaneous files needed
*Ensuring that the client’s QBO account is up to date on app integration and bank sync’s
*Providing bookkeeping and Quickbooks phone/Zoom and
*Updating
*Fill out a daily accomplishment report (DAR)
Qualifications:
2 Years of bookkeeping experience
2 years of QuickBooks Online experience
Maintain an Advanced QuickBooks Online certification
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
High level English (spoken and written)
Ability to multitask with accuracy and transition between the books of multiple businesses each day
Ability to work with efficiency and accuracy under tight deadlines
Is a self-starter and is not afraid to take action - we don't like to micro-manage
Work Schedule:
This is a permanent, full-time position, Mondays to Fridays, 9AM - 5PM Eastern Standard Time
We offer 13th month (after 6-months of working for our company), we bonus clean up projects, offer an additional bonus structure for revenue under management, as well as a Christmas bonus
