ISA- cold caller (read before applying)

DO NOT APPLY AS A VA AS I DONT NEED ONE

Need a highly trained and skilled ISA for a real estate team.
You will be cold calling neighborhoods and circle prospecting for home buyers and home sellers as well as calling database.

ISA must have
References (at least to show 1-2 year ISA experience)
Knowledge of how Real Estate works (based in California)
Have Scripts already from previous work or can adapt to new scripts given
Experience with setting appointments
Experience with Dialer (MOJO) and CRM (Lofty)

JOB:
Currently Part Time and transition to a full time position
Pay $4-$8/hr depending on experience
BONUS $$$$$: per deal closed
