JOB OVERVIEW

We are a successful real estate firm based on the west side of the United States that primarily represents buyers and sellers of residential real estate. Over the past several years we have helped with 75 to 100 transactions each year. We are now looking for several new highly capable team members with positive can-do attitudes to help our company grow in 2017.

Our team is currently 7 people, some of whom work on-site and some who work off-site with one team member being in the Philippines. We use a combination of communication technologies to stay connected and supportive of each other. We plan on growing our company significantly in the next 12 months and your help will be important to our success.

This position will be part time and as work is available. There will be no guarantee of a set number of hours and we will not ask you to commit to be available any certain amount of time. When a task becomes available you will be asked what your then current time availability is to complete that task. If your availability matches the timeframe needed for the project it will be explained to you and you will be given a time budget for the task.

This will be an ongoing position with our company and we will expect you to grow along with us. Our team consists of resourceful people who can often figure out how to do things on their own but are not afraid to ask for help when needed. We use a combination of skype, videos, written instructions as well as audio training to help team members succeed at the assigned tasks.

Schedule
The hours you will work will be negotiated on a task by task basis. Due to the nature of the tasks, you will often be able to work the hours you choose. You will need to have the ability to meet with your supervisor occasionally during normal business hours in the Pacific time zone.

Responsibilities / Tasks
The primary responsibility of this position will be to assist our management and marketing with data validation and internet research to fill in additional information for records which will often be in Excel. Some data entry work will also be available.

Although not required for this position, if you have a strong ability to type and transcribe written and type-written material please let us know in your cover-letter, as we will have additional work of that type.

Required Experience
You should have experience as a Virtual Assistant. If you have had experience working in the US real estate market that will be helpful.

Additional details will be provided to selected candidates and these will depend, to some extent, on your specific experience and skills.

Compensation
Hourly pay will be negotiable depending on skills and prior experience with monthly. Payments will be made on the 1st and 15th of each month with an end of year bonus paid on Dec 15th.
Payments will be made via. Payments.ph (by way of a BDO Cash Card)
