Sales and Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a proactive Sales and Customer Service Representative to enhance our digital engagement and drive bookings for our car services. This role involves managing social media accounts to reach and interact with target audiences, particularly car owners interested in wraps, ceramic coatings, and other car services. Your goal will be to attract clients to book our car services, earning a commission for each successful booking.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage several social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) for outreach to car owners, sending daily messages and tracking interactions using Excel.
Conduct outreach to potential clients on social media platforms, using direct messages and emails where available.
Set up and update social media profiles with necessary pictures and information about our car services.
Monitor responses and manage follow-ups across platforms to ensure active engagement.
Compile regular reports on engagement metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies.

Qualifications:
Experience in digital outreach and social media management.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and platforms simultaneously.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with social media business tools.
Strong communication skills in English.
