Thank you for considering our opportunity. We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. This role is pivotal in optimising operational efficiency by leveraging data-driven insights. Please read through the details carefully before applying.
Core Responsibilities:
Data Management & Analysis: Spearhead the use, analysis, and management of data to drive strategic company decisions. This includes the development and maintenance of analytical dashboards primarily on Looker Studio and
Dashboard Documentation & KPI Tracking: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all operational dashboards, detailing their purpose, the KPIs they track, and the data sources utilised.
Data Operations Management: Oversee backend operations related to data handling, including data entry, manipulation, transfer, verification, and organisation.
Process Optimization: Document and refine data analytics processes, ensuring efficient data collection, cleaning, analysis, and reporting cycles. Oversee the automation of reporting and troubleshooting.
Create a detailed directory of KPIs, manage user access and permissions, and ensure all data analytics processes are streamlined and documented.
Key Qualities:
Analytical Proficiency: Strong experience in developing and managing dashboards using BI tools like Looker Studio, with an adept understanding of data analysis techniques.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous with data, ensuring accuracy and integrity in all processes.
Collaboration Skills: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to integrate and leverage data.
Problem Solving: Proactive in identifying and resolving data-related issues, contributing to continuous operational improvements.
Required Experience:
Proven experience with BI tools, particularly Looker Studio.
Advanced proficiency in spreadsheet tools such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

Shift Hours and Compensation:
Initially, this position entails 40 hours per week of training at $3.50 per hour, with working hours set from 09:00 AM to 17:00 PM Rome, Italy time (15:00 PM to 23:00 PM PHT).
During the probationary period, lasting 2-4 weeks and contingent upon progress and the manager's discretion, the role may transition into full-time with compensation set at $4 per hour for 5 days a week.
