Position Details:
The Client Office Virtual Assistant will

Responsibilities:
Provide daily, weekly, and monthly client office lead updates
Support Modern Day Contractor client accounts
Manage incoming client leads
Filter client leads through Upgrade to see actual info pipeline and in Facebook Messenger
Communicate qualifying questions to potential leads to assist in providing clients with only high quality leads

Qualifications:
2+ years experience as virtual assistant and/or appointment coordinator
Proficient in English
Ability to work 9am-7pm CST time zones
High-level proficiency in Google Suite Products
High-level content writing skills
Familiarity with Go HighLevel preferred

Location:
This position is 100% remote.

Pay:
$375/mo (USD) Salary + *with room for advancement and bonus*
