Commercial Lines VA

We are looking to hire a dedicated, hardworking, and experienced Commercial Lines VA.
Please do not apply if you have never worked with an insurance agency before.

Rate: $4 - $6 hourly

If you are:
- Open to working from 9 AM to 5 PM Pacific Time
- Experienced with US insurance, including general liability, worker's comp, property, etc.
- Fluent in English

You must possess skills in:
1. Writing ACORD forms, issuing COI
2. Policy endorsement
3. Assisting clients with billing questions
4. Project management (Asana) and extensive experience with Insurance related softwares
5. Other related tasks

Responsibilities include:
- Handling incoming phone calls and client inquiries
- Making outgoing calls to clients
- Binding policies
- Understanding endorsements
- Comparing policy coverages and endorsements between carriers
- Gathering underwriting information and creating submissions
- Processing renewals
- Utilizing different carrier sites for quoting, servicing, endorsements, etc.
- Servicing new and renewal accounts
