JOB OVERVIEW

Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee all aspects of customer support and order fulfillment
Develop and implement strategies to optimize customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
Proactively identify and resolve issues related to customer inquiries, product quality, and shipping
Continuously analyze and report on key performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement
