Data Puller and Data Management VA for Off-Market Real Estate Data

We Are 3 PUP Home Solutions and we seek a detail-oriented and efficient Data Puller and Data Management VA with leadership skills and expertise in off-market real estate data. The primary responsibility of this role is to pull, sort, extract, and accurately log relevant information into our CRM system from various government records and lists related to pre-foreclosure, foreclosure, pre-probate, probate, death records, divorce cases, and eviction records. The ideal candidate should also be proficient in skip tracing to find information on potential sellers and decision-makers, including names, addresses, and emails. The candidate must demonstrate exceptional record and data management skills, ensuring meticulousness and efficiency in all tasks.

Responsibilities:
1. Pulling, sorting, and extracting relevant information from government records and lists related to off-market real estate properties.
2. Logging and updating extracted data accurately into our CRM system.
3. Conducting skip tracing to find information on potential sellers and decision-makers.
4. Collecting names, addresses, emails, and other pertinent details from various sources.
5. Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all gathered data.
6. Managing and organizing data effectively for easy retrieval and analysis.
7. Collaborating with tea ---------- mbers to streamline data management processes.
8. Adhering to deadlines and delivering tasks promptly.
9. Continuously updating knowledge and skills related to data management and real estate practices.
10. Providing regular reports on data pulling and management activities.
