**Role Title: Packaging Design Expert**

**Role Overview:**
The Packaging Design Expert will be responsible for the precise editing, retouching, and preparation of packaging designs across various projects. This role requires a high level of technical skill in packaging design software, attention to detail, and an ability to adhere to our brand standards.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Edit and retouch packaging designs using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Prepare dielines, cut lines, and mock-ups for packaging.
- Ensure all packaging designs are consistent with our brand’s specifications.
- Collaborate with the design team to meet project deadlines.
- Manage file storage and archiving of digital assets.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Strong technical skills in packaging design and digital retouching.
- Experience in preparing dielines, cut lines, and mock-ups for both print and digital platforms.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Prior experience in a similar role.
- Familiarity with other graphic design software is a plus.
- Knowledge of current trends in packaging design.
