Job Description:
As a Motion Graphics Creator at REI transfer, you will be responsible for developing and producing high-quality motion graphics and animations for a variety of media platforms. This role requires a combination of creativity, technical expertise, and a keen eye for detail. You will collaborate closely with our creative team to bring concepts to life, ensuring alignment with our brand’s vision and objectives.

Responsibilities:
- Create compelling and impactful motion graphics and animations for video productions, social media, websites, and other digital platforms.
- Collaborate with creative directors, video editors, and other tea ---------- mbers to understand project requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
- Manage multiple projects from concept through completion under tight deadlines.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in motion graphics and continuously seek to improve skills and techniques.
- Ensure consistency and high standards of brand representation across all visual outputs.
- Provide final delivery of high-quality motion graphics that are optimized for various platforms.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Film or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Motion Graphics Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator.
- Excellent understanding of animation, timing, and storytelling.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience with 3D animation and software such as Cinema 4D or Maya.
- Knowledge of video production processes, including editing and color grading.
- Creative thinking with the ability to produce new ideas and concepts.
