Franchise Supervisor

Job Responsibility:
- Main task: Management of the brand's franchise stores
- Overseeing the operations and growth of a franchise store
- Collaborate with franchisees to ensure brand consistency and adherence to standards.
- Monitor financial performance of franchise stores and implement improvements to achieve business goals.
- Providing guidance and support to franchisees on operational issues.


Job Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years work experience in the similar field •
- Proactive, ambitious and entrepreneurial attitude
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills and able to build strong relationships with internal and external business partners
