**Job Title: Marketing & Documentation Creative Coordinator**

**Location:** Remote (Work in the Philippines to support US clients)
**Availability:** Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm EST
**Type:** Permanent Position

**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Marketing & Documentation Creative Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing, exceptional organizational skills, and a proven track record of driving successful marketing campaigns. You will play a key role in creating captivating marketing materials and turning verbal instructions into structured and impactful documents. This role requires a self-starter who can think independently and creatively without requiring detailed guidance.

**Responsibilities:**
- Design marketing materials such as PDFs, slides, videos, and infographics to effectively communicate our message to our vendors and business partners.
- Collaborate with the executive & sales teams to ensure alignment with our brand strategy and objectives.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials.
- Research industry trends and competitor marketing strategies.
- Lead in the creation of sales presentations and promotional materials.
- Manage and organize marketing assets and resources.
- Coordinate marketing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery.
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts and suggest improvements.
- Support internal communications and company events with marketing materials.
- Organize and document meetings, capturing verbal instructions and converting them into actionable steps and comprehensive marketing documents.
- Translate verbal dialogues into structured, clear, and concise marketing materials.
- Develop step-by-step guides and documentation to aid in brand control and strategy execution on our various marketplaces.
- Take comprehensive notes from conversations and verbal instructions, and transform them into high-quality PDFs, PowerPoint presentations, or other professional documents.
- Be proactive, think creatively, and take initiative on new tasks without needing detailed guidance.

**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in graphic design and marketing coordination.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to take comprehensive notes from conversations and verbal instructions.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing tools.
- Strong creative and conceptual thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Knowledge of marketing principles and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly motivated with a strong sense of initiative.
- Ability to think independently and creatively, with minimal need for supervision.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience in creating marketing materials for e-commerce or retail industries (preferred).
- Familiarity with website design and content management systems (preferred).
