The Opportunity
You’ll jump-start your career with us by taking ownership of these key responsibilities:
- Scope, implement and document technical projects with the Product Manager
- Analyze data and maintain a pulse on customer feedback to inform project decisions
- Prepare product demos and visualize data reports for stakeholders
- Coordinate with engineering and cross-functional teams to align on product development
- Work closely with the internal team at Baton ( ---------- )

Who Is Our Ideal Candidate?
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Product Analyst
- Intermediate knowledge of SQL and Data Visualization
- Great communication skills: Is fluent in English and comfortable talking to executives and corporate leaders
- Technical background: Has fundamental programming knowledge and can identify potential causes of issues when they pop up
- Takes initiative: Has a sense of urgency and performs necessary tasks without needing to be prompted
- Responsible risk-taker: Willing to take calculated risks, create informed decisions, and take accountability for subsequent results
- Excellent command of the English Language (written & spoken)
- Detail-oriented – pays attention, especially to the minor details of tasks
- Embrace ambiguity – when you don't know how to do something, you ask Google.
- Low ego – if you don't know the answer, you ask questions. You aren't afraid of anybody knowing what you don't know.
- Honest – even when the truth isn't great, you speak it. If you had an off day, or your manager is wrong, you say so.
