Reliable Kindle Publishing Assistant required

I’m looking for a Kindle Publishing Assistant that can help me with a multitude tasks including:

- Formatting books in MS Word for Kindle
- Formatting books in MS Word for CreateSpace
- Proof reading and editing my Kindle books
- Publishing Kindle books in my KDP account
- Marketing and promoting my Kindle books on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google+
- Submitting my Kindle books to several websites/ directories

You will get training and useful documents to ensure you understand everything.

I will either pay per hour, or negotiate a fixed pay rate for each task. This will be upon further discussion.

I’m looking for a reliable person, who is a good communicator and a quick learner, happy to go above and beyond to complete the necessary tasks.

This is for a long-term position. You will also be rewarded with more hours and bonuses if done a high standard job.
