Duties:
Workflow Oversight: Assist in managing the workflow for the Residential Solar department, ensuring smooth progress of customer projects from Sale to Installation to Permission to Operate.
Software Proficiency: Utilize the company's workflow and project management software, familiarity with Powur Platform, Google Suite, Sunnova, HubSpot, GroupMe, or WhatsApp is advantageous for communication.
Customer Enrollment: Onboard new residential solar customers by establishing customer records in the company's CRM and project management software.
Document Handling: Collect necessary forms and documents from customers and upload them to the designated software systems.
Regulatory Compliance: Complete and submit requisite forms for Utility Interconnection, Homeowner Association, and Department of Planning & Permitting approvals.
Progress Updates: Keep the Operations and Sales Teams informed about the status of customer projects within the workflow management software systems.
Customer Interaction: Conduct daily calls to customers for updates, scheduling, and obtaining required forms.
Material Tracking: Verify and track material arrivals, ensuring timely delivery to the warehouse, and documenting updates.
Sales Assistance: Provide regular updates to sales representatives on project status and generate change orders while documenting design changes to our partners.
Expected Outputs:
Acquisition of New Residential Solar Jobs: Assist in securing new residential solar jobs and contracts for the client.
Efficient Onboarding: Streamline the process of onboarding new customers by creating records and gathering necessary forms and documents.
Effective Workflow Management: Ensure smooth progression of projects through defined workflow stages.
Timely Progress Reports: Keep the Operations and Sales Teams updated on the advancement of customer projects.
