Draftsperson / Draftsman

Responsibilities:
• Prepare and revise shop drawings in a timely manner for tender and job order .
• Collaborate with team to propose design and materials based on budget and client requirement to obtain material dimension & specification from site & vendors.
• Be organized and responsible in safe keeping of all files & drawings.
• Liaise with consultants and vendor on compliance with regulations, practices and changes.
• Be familiar with authority guidelines
• Give support to cost engineer & procurement team.

Requirement:
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in construction, building, project management, manufacturing.
• Competency in AutoCAD, Sketchup, 2D & 3D drawing.
• Organised, self-driven, & team player with good interpersonal skill.
• Diploma/NTC 3 (or equivalent) in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering, Building Services or related field.
