Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated In-House Influencer Manager to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for onboarding creators into our affiliate program, managing creator content plans, and ensuring a consistent posting cadence. You will play a crucial role in expanding our brand presence and driving engagement through strategic influencer partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify, recruit, and onboard creators and influencers into our affiliate program, ensuring alignment with our brand values and goals.
Develop and manage content plans for influencers, including setting posting schedules and ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
Collaborate with influencers to create engaging and authentic content that resonates with their audience and promotes our products effectively.
Monitor and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
Maintain strong relationships with influencers, providing support and guidance to help them succeed in their campaigns.
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, creative, product) to ensure cohesive and effective influencer marketing strategies.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our influencer marketing efforts.
Requirements:
Proven experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Creative thinker with a passion for digital marketing and social media.
Experience with affiliate marketing programs and tools is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
