Thriving international nursing organization looking for a well-organized and professional Virtual Assistant to provide SMM, Email Marketing and other general duties for our team while working remotely.
As our Virtual Assistant, you will perform various tasks, such as: strategically grow our social media platforms, curate and send out email campaigns, improve our online presence through marketing and lead generation, create graphics & digital products and create content/writing copy.
To be successful as our virtual assistant you must have a suitable internet connection and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ultimately, you should be able to handle projects accurately and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision.
Responsibilities
• Social media marketing and growth
• Lead generation
• Email marketing and growth
• General admin related tasks
• Create graphics & digital products (ebooks, courses, flyers, banners, etc.)
• Editing audio/video (ie: for things such as marketing materials, YouTube, podcast)
• Create content/copy
Requirements
• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant
• Proficiency with social media platforms
• Experience with GoHighLevel
• Proficiency with Canva
• Proficiency with Zoom
• Proficiency with copyrighting and content creation
• Proficiency with marketing and business growth (lead generation, automation, funnels)
• Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office, Google Workspace)
• Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Proficiency in English
