Job Position: International Market Development Specialist (Remote Work Location)

Responsibilities:
1.Demonstrate a thorough understanding of international markets.
2.Candidates must have knowledge of the LED display industry. If not already familiar, candidates are expected to conduct market research prior to the interview.
3.Initiate and expand into foreign markets by developing, maintaining, and managing relationships with overseas clients. This includes outreach to potential clients, nurturing existing client relationships, and employing effective communication and sales techniques. The candidate should possess a sharp market sense and the capability to independently penetrate new markets.
4.Maintain accurate records of business operations, perform in-depth analysis, and provide comprehensive summaries for weekly reports to the Chinese headquarters.
5.Actively seek out and secure new clients to increase the volume of orders.
6.Foster a collaborative work environment and contribute to the achievement of team performance objectives.

Requirements:
1.Proficiency in English, including strong listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
2.In-depth knowledge of the entire foreign trade process is required. Preference will be given to candidates with a proven track record in independently managing foreign trade sales and international market development.
3.A strong aptitude for learning and exceptional communication abilities are essential.
4.The candidate must exhibit a resilient personality, quick thinking, and the capacity to adapt to changing situations and handle pressure effectively.
5.A strong drive for success, a sense of responsibility, and a proactive approach to work are required.
