WordPress Site Developer

Hello -

I would like to have my website (www.makeyourwig.com) duplicated on using WordPress. The duplicated site will have a different URL than the main stie - www.makeyourwig.com.
I have the theme selected for the new site and it's this: http://slaycosmetica.com/
I would need all of content from the www.makeyourwig.com copied over to the new site.
Please review and let me know how you would go about doing the job. Thanks.
